Historic House:
Built in 1870, the historic house has charm and character that
was evident of the late 1800’s, but has been completely renovated
on the inside. The house was relocated in 2006 on the same property
by Rocky Mountain Structural Movers and Bill Davis from The
History Channel's "Mega Movers" was on site. The house
features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, an open main level floor plan
with vaulted ceilings, finished basement, and a two car garage.
The structure features 16" stone walls and 16" concrete
basement walls (twice the standard of 8"). The historic
house is just a few blocks from Pearl Street Mall, parks, trails,
and a robust transportation system. Inside the home there are
cathedral ceilings and 10 foot basement ceilings downstairs
that allow for plenty of natural light. The floors are made
of hickory and the appliaces are all top of the line Bosch equipment.
There are two fireplaces which will be perfect in the winter
while the two stone patios offer great seating in the summer.
The house faces south with excellent views of the foothills
and Rocky Mountains. See history
for more information.
